General
Our website provides information about products and services, and facilitates the purchase of such products and services. We may introduce or modify new features and contents to our website at our sole discretion. We have the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently any products or services advertised on the website for any reason.
Price & Payment
All prices are in Thai Baht. We accept payments via Bank Transfers only. Please send us your payment slip via e-mail to confirm your order payment. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.
Delivery
Deliveries are available only within the Kingdom of Thailand. We currently use Thailand Post or Kerry Express for delivery of your goods. We do not deliver Worldwide. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Delivery Costs
The delivery costs are calculated on the weight of your parcel and the destination selected.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Website, click the 'Add to Cart’' button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button 'Check Out', we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your goods will be dispatch within 7 business days of receiving your order.
We have the right to refuse or cancel any Orders for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such of Orders whether or not the Order has been accepted by Heart Apotheca and/or User’s credit card has been debited. If User’s credit card has already been charged for the Order and User’s Order is refused or canceled, Heart Apotheca shall promptly issue a credit to User’s credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Refunds & Exchange
We do not accept refunds or exchange of goods after purchase.
